The 1820 Gallery at the Art Institute of Washington is proud to host the third annual installment of “YUM”, a celebration of food photography. We are asking for food photography submissions in all its wonderful shapes and forms. We only ask that it look “yummy.”
There is no entry fee. Submission is easy. Please send up to ten lo-res files, a brief bio, and an Image List with captions.
The work will be juried by renowned faculty members at AIW in the Photographic Imaging and Culinary departments.
If your work is selected for exhibition you will not have to pay for shipping or framing. AIW will print and frame for you. We will just need a hi-res file.

Please attach the following items:
*Up to ten lo-res files
- Images should be 72 dpi
- Not larger than 600 pixels in width
- Please name your files in the following manner: LastName_Image_Number.jpg.
- For example Smith_Image_01.jpg, Smith_Image_02.jpg etc.
*Image List (Include captions, title, and if applicable, restaurant, chef, food stylist etc.)

Notifications emailed: October 1, 2011
Final hi-res files due: October 10, 2011
Fotoweek DC: November 5, 2011 to November 12, 2011
Exhibition: November 5, 2011 to December 31, 2011
